ASHTANGA SPINE FLOW

Classical mix of Primary, Secondary and Tertiary series of Ashtanga yoga class with complete focus on fluidity and intentional mobilisation of spline in all direction. Class will go through Deep spinal extensions (backbend), Churning rotation (twists), Intensive spinal flexion (forward bends), Sharp lateral flexion (side bends) and Shooting axial extensions (spinal lengthening) asana with associated Bandha`s.
